  1. Eligibility for Returns
    Returns accepted only for unopened, sealed items within 7 days of delivery, with proof of purchase. Refundable items must be unused and in original packaging.

  2. Non-returnable Items
    Opened supplements (human or pet), perishable goods, final sale items, and gift cards are not returnable.

  3. Refund Process

    • Notify us within 7 days of delivery

    • Approved refunds processed within 5–10 business days to original payment method

  4. Exchanges & Damaged Goods
    Report defects within 3 days with photos. We may offer replacements at our discretion, subject to availability.

  5. Return Shipping Fees
    You are responsible for return shipping, unless the return is due to our error.

  6. Restocking Fee
