The Ultimate Versatile Protein for Meal Prep! I am incredibly happy with my purchase of Rogue Legion Lifestyle Whey. A lot of proteins clump up or separate when you try to mix them into food, but this formula is incredibly high quality. I mix it daily into my oats, yoghurt, and cream of rice, and the texture is flawlessly smooth every single time. The taste profile is excellent, and it satisfies my sweet tooth without feeling heavy. I bought the Nutella waffle flavor to try out. Not my first choice, next time I’ll try the chocolate.

This is a delicious whey protein. It provides a protein boost for myself and my son and it can be drunk by itself with hot or cold water, in smoothies, can be added to muffins and flap jacks to boost protein and reduce carbs and is great with porridge or cereal. The price and unusually good flavour makes it very affordable and usable on a larger scale than many whey protein products. I am very pleased to have found this range of products.

I learnt about Rogue legion from my son's. Bother fitness freaks. I am 58 and use the lifestyle whey protein as a meal replacement and for the protein. I love it because I don't feel bloated after drinking it. Gives me lots of energy, I generally have a small work out to stay fit maybe strong. Excellent product, wouldn't want to change. Love it.

These are by far the best protein shakes, and I have used a lot of brands. I love the strawberry, cream soda and chocolate. Didn't try the others yet, but will soon....can't wait for the protein bars, hope it launches soon.

Good Quality product with great taste. All the flavours are good but the Nutella waffle is the best .I'm currently using it to supplement on a 200g a day high protein low card eating plan and it's the highlight of the day. 250ml Water blended with 1,5 scoops and 4 blocks of ice...heaven.

This mixes very well even in a shaker. It has a good, strong chocolately taste.

The taste is 100/10. It mixes so well. Even when mixed with ice cold water- there are no clumps. I have recommended this brand to so many people that some think I am secretly sponsored by them (which im not- I just really love this brand). The calories and macros fit into my deficit perfectly.
